I write adult fantasy (mostly epic) with occasional forays into science fiction, stories that take world-building seriously and don't shy away from complexity. My work tends toward the atmospheric and the deeply grounded. I love exploring the gritty reality of how people actually live inside grand, sprawling systems, and how they push back when those rules no longer serve them.
